Así canta Gardel ese delicioso tango Perfume de mujer ... Y es que hallar esa fragancia,  ese perfume capaz de identificarte, es como lucir el mejor de tus vestidos y dejarte llevar por el más romántico de los bailes.

El perfume es como tu segunda piel. Y como tal, no todos se adaptan de igual manera a la nuestra. Cuántas veces no hemos olido algo en otra persona y hemos deseado preguntar que era para comprarlo?. Y resulta que nada que ver en tí. 

Mi consejo: Probar! No te apliques ningún tipo de fragancia, mist o crema corporal cuando vayas a elegir tu perfume. Debes tener claro si buscas algo floral (aromas dulces), especiado (con esencias más amaderadas), enpolvado (envolventes y secos) o cítricos (aromas más frescos). Prueba uno y deja que se adapte a tu piel, que te envuelva como ese delicioso tango, y repite cuantas veces sean necesarias hasta encontrar tu "mejor pareja de baile". 

  

Para aquellas que deseaban saber, yo soy fan de las notas florales como Chance by Chanel, que mezcla de manera muy delicada el jacinto, jazmín, el iris, y de Love in White de la prestigiosa firma británica Creed, que también mezcla iris, vainilla, magnolia. Ambas incluyen notas frutales que le dan un toque muy personal, como debe serlo la elección de tu perfume. #RiseandShine

Gardel sang it in his delicious tango "Scent of a woman"... And truly finding that fragrance, that scent that can make you identify, it's like putting on your best dress and dancing to something incredibly romantic. 

Perfume is like your second skin. Which is why not every one of them adapts equally to your own.

How many times have we smelled someone's fragrance on them and wanted to ask so badly what they were wearing so we can go and buy it. And eventually it would turn out the fragrance doesn't sit on you the same way at all. 

My advice when you go perfume shopping, don't put on any other fragrance, body mist or body lotion that can distract you from the scent of the perfume you're trying on. Clean skin will reflect most truly how the perfume will smell on you. 

You also need to have a clear picture in mind of what you like, whether it's florals (sweet aromas), spicy (containing woody essences), powdered (enveloping and dry scents), or citric (fresh aromas). 

Try one and let it sit on your skin, let it envelop you like that tango, repeating as many times as necessary until finding that perfect match, that perfect scent to be your dance partner. 

For those who were always asking and wanted to know, I'm a fan of floral aromas, such as Chance by CHANEL. It just blends so delicately with hyacinth, jasmine and iris. Another one of my favorites is "Love in a White" by the prestigious British brand CREED, that also mix iris, vanilla and magnolia to give it that delicious touch of flowers. 

Both these perfumes contain fruity essences which gives it a very individual touch on your own skin... As individual as your choice of perfume should be. #riseandshine

La belleza del mar es incomparable. Tiene esa capacidad de transportarte, de llevarte a lugares inimaginables. Tan inmenso, todo ese azul ante tus ojos... Un paseo por la playa, a la orilla del mar, un rico baño y el incesante ir y venir de las olas son terapia para el cuerpo y el alma. 

Para el cuerpo, porque nada tonifica más tus piernas, que sentir la arena bajo tus pies y el agua masajeándolas. Un gran ejercicio también para la circulación de tu sangre. For your eyes only ... !!

"Los ojos son el espejo del alma"... 

De modo que mima tus ojos, pon tiempo en ellos... Maquíllalos, sácate partido... 

Dibuja una línea bien definida en su contorno, con eyeliner, delineador o lápiz. Dales forma a tu gusto, alargándolos, redondeandolos, dependiendo de su forma... Un poco sombra acorde con su tono los hará resaltar. Evita el exceso. 

Si aplicas un poco de concealer o polvo compacto antes de la sombra te ayudará fijarla mejor y que luzcan perfectos por más tiempo. Ya sabes un tono más oscuro en el párpado y vamos difuminando el tono hacia las cejas. 

Aplica la máscara de pestañas siempre desde la raiz a las puntas para que se vean bien largas. Un secreto: "Aunque no te maquilles, aplica a diario un poco de máscara. Tus ojos se ven más atractivos".

So how about we pamper our eyes? Invest a little in them, find what works for you... A little make up can go a long way.

Draw a defined line in the contour of your eye with liquid eyeliner, gel or pencil. Shape it according to your taste, prolonging your eye, enlarging it, depending on the natural shape of your eye. A little eye shadow that best goes with your skin tone will just make your eyes pop. Avoid excess. 

If you apply a little concealer or some compact powder before applying eye shadow, it will help set it better and the pigment of the eye shadow will last longer. A little darker shade in the crease of your eyelids and start blending in towards the center of the eye and brow. 

Apply some mascara on your lashes starting from the base upwards covering the lashes so they appear longer. 

A little simple secret: "even if you don't really wear make up, applying a little daily mascara will really draw the attention to your eyes".

El headshot es la carta de presentación de todo actor o actriz, modelo, artista en definitiva. Puede parecer sencillo, pero en realidad tomar buenos headshots llega a convertirse en todo un arte. Con esto soy muy exigente, así que no dudo en buscar siempre lo mejor. En esta ocasión, los Riker Brothers (RIKERBROTHERS insta) se convirtieron en mis mejores aliados. La importancia del headshot está en que debes ser aceptar que vas a vender un "producto" y ese producto eres tu mismo. La mejor luz, tu mejor cara, tu mejor maquillaje, el outfit adecuado (mejor elegir colores sólidos), tu estado de ánimo y complicidad con la cámara conseguirán el resultado. Hola a tod@s!!! Unos dias de descansito, pero de nuevo por aquí, con ganas y con novedades... Me encanta mi profesión y soy bien inquieta, por eso me gusta estar siempre pensando en cosas nuevas que ofrecer. Tengo muy presente lo complicado del trabajo que elegí, de la competencia y reto a los que me enfrento cada día, y lo que supone combinarlo con mi faceta más personal y familiar, pero es fundamental estar alerta y no bajar la guardia. My Best Friend Forever ...

Un lugar donde amo estar es en casa, con los míos, con mi familia. Cuando naces como yo en el seno un familia numerosa, de pronto te encuentras con tu mejor grupo de amigos ya desde la infancia. Y reunirme con ellos es revivirla cada rato. Cuando estoy con mis hermanas soy feliz. Siempre tan unidas, siempre tan amigas. Siempre me gusta volver a mis orígenes. Me críe muy cerquita de aquí. California es un paraíso, y aún recuerdo el sol, los increíbles paisajes y mis paseos a caballo. Adoro los caballos. La unión perfecta entre el ser humano y el animal. Su gran nobleza. Y adoro pasear juntos los pastos y disfrutar de la maravillosa quietud, que te ofrece el campo. Es entonces cuando me lleno de energía, respiro, me siento pequeña ante tanta belleza. Me siento libre y en paz con todo lo que me rodea. Y nada más importa. 
Eres Tú y toda esa grandeza.

Y créanme, se me hace necesario regresar... Y quiero que mis pequeños compartan conmigo lo lindo que es acercarse a la naturaleza, que aprendan a apreciarla. I always love going back to my origins. I grew up not too far from here. California is such a paradise, and I still remember the sun, the amazing views and my horseback riding. 

I adore horses. The perfect bond between human and animal. They're just such noble creatures. I love riding along green pastures and enjoying the marvelous serenity that the outdoors offers. 

It is then when I am truly filled with energy, I breathe and just feel so small in front of such beauty. I feel free and at peace with everything around me. Nothing matters anymore. It's just you and all this greatness. 

Trust me, it becomes a necessity for me to go back. And I really want my little ones to share with me the beauty that contact with nature provides us. 
I want them to learn to appreciate it. It's important so they grow up knowing how vital it is to preserve it, because it takes us back to our roots, to earth, to who we are... To life itself.

Qué ricos esos dias de descanso tumbada al sol!! El cielo y yo... 

Un buen bloqueador y un sombrero para cubrir tu cabeza. Así evitas varias cosas: que te duela por la exposición, que tu cabello se reseque y que tu rostro sufra demasiado y luego salgan esas arruguitas que tan poco nos gustan. 

Buena hidratación, beber mucha agua o jugos ... Los jugos de frutas son una gran fuente de vitaminas y un excelente modo de refrescarse. Yo he elegido el mío con fresas, que son un gran reconstituyente y contienen mucha más vitamina C que otro tipo de fruta, y son tan ricas ahora en verano...

De este modo se que me cuido por dentro y por fuera. Tómate el día para tí. Y ponte guapa, no lo olvides !! #RiseandShine

Es sin duda un color que nunca te va a hacer quedar mal. Y es junto con el blanco el color de este verano.

A #CosmoSummerSplash Night's Dream

Llevaba días nerviosa, preparándome para estar lo mejor posible... Iba a ser la conductora del CosmoSummerSplash... una noche de verano soñada, y estaba entusiasmada con la propuesta de Cosmopolitan. 

Cada vez que me enfrento a un nuevo reto profesional, intento dar lo mejor de mí. Ensayos, elección de vestuario, maquillaje, cabello... parecen cosas superfluas pero es parte de lo que soy, de lo que represento, de mi carrera, y me gusta estar a la altura. 

Superada esa parte de imagen, quiero ser yo, sentirme cómoda en lo que hago, es fundamental. 

El color de la noche era el blanco. Así que sólo tenía una cosa en mente buscar mi estilismo de esa noche. Nueva tarea que asumí personalmente. Me gusta elegir que me pongo. Después de muchas pruebas me decidí por este sencillo pero divino vestido de Azzedine Alaïa. Super cool y muy femenino. Sin apenas accesorios. Mi cabello tal cual, sin artificios, buscaba volver al natural. 

Y llego la noche, me sentía perfecta, cómoda, muy yo, y me divertí. Me trataron increíble!  

Nada como saberte Tú... ser fiel a tí misma. Cuándo descubres que estás haciendo algo que te motiva, te llena, que estás entregando esa parte de tí, nada ni nadie puede hacerte creer que no seas UNA ESTRELLA! SÓLO TÚ ELIGES SERLO. #RiseandShine.

"I was nervous for days, preparing myself so I'll be at my best. After all, I was invited to host the CosmoSummerSplash - a midsummer night's dream, and I was so excited about this amazing invitation. 

Every time I face a new professional challenge, I try to give it my all. Rehearsals, choosing outfits, make up, hair... It seems like such small details, but it's part of who I am, my career, what I represent. Which is why I always try to raise the bar, set a high standard. 

Having gone over the image part, finally I just WANT TO BE ME, feel comfortable in what I do, that to me is fundamental. 

The reigning color of the night was white. So I had one thing in mind, I have to put together the perfect style for the event. A new task I personally took on myself this time. I like choosing for myself what I wear. So after many debates and trying on different pieces, I decided to go for this simple yet divine dress by Azzedine Alaïa. Very cool, effortless and ultra feminine. With hardly any accessories. Less is more, remember? :) My hair as-is, nothing artificial, I just wanted to go back to basics. Natural is beautyful. 

And the night finally came, I felt perfect, comfortable, very much ME... And I had a blast! I was treated incredible! 

There's nothing like being YOU, feeling comfortable in your own skin, staying true to yourself. When you discover that you're doing something that motivates you, fulfills you, that you're giving this part of yourself; nothing and no one can make you believe that you are not A STAR! 

It's a decision that is only up to you to make.

Let me take a selfie ...

Te gusta verte guapa pero no quieres renunciar a ese color dorado que te hace lucir más atractiva? ... Eres de las que gusta tumbarse al sol. A mí me gusta tumbarme al sol! Y me gusta broncearme, pero tengo muy en cuenta DOS factores muy importantes:

1. Cuidar al máximo mi piel antes y después de la exposición, y

2. Evitar manchas y arrugas innecesarias

Ojo!! El sol en exceso puede dañarte. Por eso es importante que exfolies tu piel, es decir, limpia a fondo la piel de tu rostro y cuerpo un par de días antes. Con un gel exfoliador en la ducha, no sólo limpias tu piel de impurezas, sino que conseguirás una piel suave y libre de posibles manchas. Aplica una crema para nutrir muy bien tu piel y deja que se absorba. 

Exfolia suavemente la piel de tu rostro e hidrátala igualmente.

Aplicar un buen bloqueador es básico, veinte minutos antes para que penetre. El factor de protección que indican este tipo de productos, hacen referencia al tiempo de exposición al sol. Un factor alto de protección no va a evitar que te broncees. Al contrario, te va a ayudar a que lo hagas con seguridad y sin dañar tu piel. Yo confío mi piel en estos casos a Neutrogena sensitive skin, con factor de protección 60+.

Me veo como payaso? haha Noooo  ... protejo mi nariz aplicando un poquito más de crema. Hay zonas especialmente sensibles. Tus manos también necesitan especial atención y protección, no lo olvides. Y no te expongas en esas horas en que el sol esta bien fuerte. Usa sombrero, verás que tu rostro y tu cabello lo agradecen.

Después de tu sesión de sol, toma una ducha relajante y usa un buen after sun que dejarán tu piel perfecta. 

Recuerda, el sol es fuente de salud, de vitamina y energía pero debemos ser responsables a la hora de exponernos. Haz como yo,  NO RENUNCIES A TU BRONCEADO, PERO sí CUIDATE!! #RiseandShine

"You like looking beautiful, and you don't want to give up that golden glow that makes you prettier? If you're anything like me, you probably like laying in the sun. I love it! And I love getting tanned, but I always keep in mind two very important factors: 

1. Maximum care of my skin before and after sun exposure 

2. Avoiding age spots and unnecessary wrinkles.  

Careful! Too much sun exposure can harm you. Which is why it's so important to exfoliate your skin; which means, thoroughly cleanse your face and body a few days before exposing yourself to the sun. 

With a simple shower exfoliating gel, you will not only clean your skin from impurities, but you'll also get that silky smooth surface that will prevent uneven tan. Apply rich cream to nourish your skin and just let it absorb. 

Do the same with your face: gently exfoliate and hydrate your skin.  

Applying a good sunscreen is fundamental about 20 minutes before you get out into the sun, just so that it has time to penetrate deep into your skin.

Protection factor that these type of products indicate, refer to the time you spend exposed to the sun. A higher SPF will not keep you from tanning, on the contrary, it will help you to tan safely and without damaging your skin. 

I trust a tried-and-true product that hasn't failed me: Neutrogena Sensitive Skin SPF 60+. 

Do I look like a clown? Haha noooo... I just apply a little extra on my nose because some areas are more sensitive than others. Ur hands need also extreme protection.

Also, make sure you don't expose yourself to the sun when it's the brightest, or during the hottest hours of the day. Use a hat, you'll see that your face and hair will thank you for it. 

After a session in the sun, take a nice relaxing shower and use a good after-sun cream that will leave your skin flawless. 

Remember, the sun is a fountain of health, vitamins and energy, but we have to be responsible when being exposed to it. 

Don't give up your tan, but take good care of your skin!

Cuando me plantean una sesión de fotos, siempre pienso en lo que voy a transmitir. Por encima de todo pienso en pasarla bien. Dar lo mejor!! Para mí, es fundamental sentirme agusto en lo que visto, y bueno, en esta ocasión el medio era el ideal. La playa, el mar, son mis mejores aliados... es un escenario ideal. 
Me sentí en libertad, el fotógrafo y la producción me dieron alas para sentirme bien... es fundamental sentirse cómodo cuando trabajas. Yo amo mi trabajo y es lo que trato de transmitir siempre. Y cuando cuentas con el equipo adecuado todo va sobre ruedas. Elegí un bañador, en esta ocasión, deportivo. Nada demasiado exótico, ni exhuberante, pero ideal para poder moverte agusto, correr, saltar y ser yo misma. Nada más sexy y femenino que estar en tu medio y ser Tú dentro de lo que llevas...

*** Swimsuit (bañador) de Masjuan

"When I'm being approached to do a photo session, I always think about what I'm going to transmit. Above all, I think about having a great time, enjoying it and giving my best! For me, it's fundamental to feel comfortable in what I wear, and this time the setting was ideal. The beach, the ocean, are my best allies. It's just the perfect place. 

I felt a lot of freedom to be me, the photographer and the whole production really gave me wings to experiment and feel good... It's crucial to feel comfortable when you're working. 

I love my work, and that is what I always try to transmit. And when you are privileged to work with a great crew, everything just flows organically. 

This time I chose a one piece sporty swimsuit. Nothing too exotic, too exuberant, but simply ideal to move freely, running, jumping, just being me.

There's really nothing sexier and more feminine than to feel free in your own skin and wearing what expresses who you are deep down. 

I enjoyed the sun, the gorgeous ocean, being just organically me.. And I think it reflects in the photos.
